Play Minecraft at the Hull History Centre this Summer!

Come to the home of HullCraft and bring your own device to one (or both!) of the Hull History Centre’s exciting Minecraft summer events!
Help us populate the HullCraft world with key buildings from Hull’s past. Bring your own device and work with fellow Minecrafters to create a masterpiece.We will be giving out special prizes for the best builds and best videos. You may even have your work featured on this website!
Let’s explore the history of Hull together and have fun at the same time!

THE DATES:

FRIDAY 14TH AUGUST 2015 2pm-5pm

AND

FRIDAY 21ST AUGUST 2015 2pm-5pm

These are both free events.

REQUIREMENTS:

Please note that these are pilot events and we need your help to see what works!

  • You will need to bring a tablet, mobile or a laptop
  • Bring any device accessories- such as your laptop charger
  • Your device MUST already have a copy of Minecraft installed
  • Our sessions are suitable for Minecrafters aged 8-16. Under 16s please bring a responsible adult with you
  • Both events will be held in the lecture theatre at the Hull History Centre, situated directly next to our glass arcade
  • We will be photographing these sessions for promotional use on the HullCraft website. We will provide photography permission forms for parents to fill in at the event
  • Parents/guardians can join in with the crafting or can relax with refreshments
